We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our growing Cumbria team focusing all aspects of General Practice surveying, to include valuation, agency, landlord and tenant and property management services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing team, covering the North and South Cumbria from our offices in Carlisle and Kendal. The role will provide exposure to a broad range of clients across a wide range of property types and sectors, with significant potential for career variety and progression.

The ideal candidate will ideally be a Registered Valuer with valuation experience across a range of property sectors and asset classes for a variety of purposes, including secured lending.

You will be dynamic and well organised with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a person who will be willing to take an active role in business development with the support of your colleagues in Kendal and Carlisle and the firm’s national valuation and agency teams.
