DM Hall has successfully completed the sale of 4-6 South Lumley Street Grangemouth on behalf of EP Barrus ltd. The 1.83-acre site, which currently houses a 45000 square foot warehouse/workshop/office complex, was sold to Bellair (Scotland) Ltd for £450,000.
