At DM Hall, we are seeing this as an accurate reflection on the market. Key points that we would note are:
– Realistic expectations are helping sales
– Always been pent up demand
– Traditional Spring uplift (this year many sellers delayed marketing in Jan/Feb)
– Confidence fragile, but buyers and sellers now making decisions
– Perhaps first time buyers are now in a position to fund, after several years of saving
– Closing dates starting to appear but early days and for selective properties/locations
– KEY POINT: Properties on at the right price will sell!!
