WorldPay Refund Policy
WorldPay manages the processing of online payments through the DM Hall LLP website.
If you have made an online payment through the DM Hall LLP website via WorldPay, in error, (for example, an overpayment) and would like to request a refund then please contact us by e-mail at accounting@dmhall.co.uk.
Please provide details of the error, quoting your fee note reference number, the date that payment was made and the amount of the payment.
We will investigate the circumstances of your request and if validated by DM Hall LLP, we will then issue a refund to you within 10 working days. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the original payment.
