Hayley joined DM Hall in September 2017 as a Commercial Valuation surveyor based at our Aberdeen office.

Hayley studied Property and Spatial Planning MA (Hons) at the University of Aberdeen graduating in 2012 and then went to on to a postgraduate MSc in Sustainable Rural Development again at University of Aberdeen graduating in November 2013. Hayley joined Aberdeen City Council in November 2013 as a Graduate Estates Surveyor.

She conducted my Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) training to become a chartered surveyor, achieving this in May 2016 and taking up the post of Estates Surveyor shortly afterwards. In her role of Estates Surveyor, Hayley was the primary case officer for two compulsory purchase order cases when at the Council and she took this competency to level 3 for her APC.
