Paul is an Architectural Technician based in the Dunfermline office and has been with DM Hall since 2012. Paul works with the Property Services team to provide architectural drawings for retrospective building consents and planning & listed building applications, as well as dealing with boundary issues. He also has extensive experience producing disposition and land registration plans as well as alcohol licensing plans for licensed premises, and is an accredited energy assessor producing commercial EPCs
